I love drawing flowers, so when the opportunity to create this bespoke watercolour poppy piece for a client came up – it was a pleasure to work on. My client commissioned this piece to give to a close friend who’s favourite flower was a poppy. The lyrics to the song ‘God only knows what I’d be without you’ also holds a special place in her and her husband’s heart as it’s their song. It was so lovely to work on a piece that had so much meaning.
